How do I check whether my wedding date is available?
Use the booking form and select your date. We review the calendar and confirm availability through your private client portal and WhatsApp.
How do I receive my quotation and contract?
After reviewing your request, Zeefaf uploads the quotation or contract to your private client portal. You can open it securely using your reference and access code.
Can I request an Arabic or English e-invitation?
Yes. E-Invitations support Arabic and English, custom wording, photographs, music, event details, RSVP, private links and optional QR check-in.
How do guest confirmations work?
Guests can accept or decline, enter their party size and leave a message. The invitation owner sees responses in a password-protected dashboard and can export the list.
What is QR Wedding Moments?
It is a separate paid service that gives your event one QR code. Guests scan it to upload photographs and short videos to your private event page.
How will we receive our finished photographs and films?
Zeefaf shares the delivery link in your private client portal. The portal can also show an availability deadline, approval request and review link.
