Information we collect

When you contact Zeefaf or request an e-invitation, we may collect your name, contact information, event details, photographs, audio, invitation preferences, and messages you choose to provide. Wedding guests may submit their name, phone number, attendance response, party size, and an optional message. QR Wedding Moments guests may also provide a name and upload photographs or short videos from the event when they choose to do so.

How we use information

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver photography and film services, create invitations, manage guest responses, provide private dashboards, prevent misuse, and maintain the security of the service, and privately deliver guest media to the customer who ordered QR Wedding Moments.

Sharing and access

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, process approved services, or comply with applicable law. Invitation owners can access the responses and event media submitted for their own event. Guest-uploaded Moments files are private by default. They are displayed to other event guests only when the customer explicitly enables the shared gallery, and the customer can disable that visibility again at any time.

Media and retention

Uploaded invitation or Moments media and guest information are retained only as needed to provide the requested service, resolve support issues, and meet legitimate business or legal requirements. You may request correction or deletion when applicable.

Where a delivery expiry date is shown in the client portal, clients should download their files before that date. Routine enquiries and operational records are reviewed periodically and removed when they are no longer needed for the service, accounting, security, or legal obligations.

Security

We use access controls, private dashboard passwords, limited-use guest links, upload restrictions, and request-rate controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so invitation links and passwords should be shared only with their intended recipients.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your enquiry or service, subject to applicable obligations and technical limitations.
