Website information
Website descriptions, package estimates, and availability information are provided for general guidance. A booking is confirmed only after Zeefaf approves the service, confirms the event details, and receives the required payment.
E-invitation orders
E-invitation requests remain pending until payment is confirmed. The customer is responsible for providing accurate names, dates, venue details, wording, media, contact information, guest-link limits, and RSVP deadlines.
Media permissions
By uploading photographs, audio, or other material, you confirm that you have permission to use it. Zeefaf may reject material that is unlawful, unsafe, technically unsuitable, or infringes another person's rights.
QR Wedding Moments
QR Wedding Moments is a separate paid service that is activated after approval and payment. The customer is responsible for sharing the private QR or page link. Guests must upload only media they are permitted to share. File types, sizes, availability, and collection periods may be limited to protect the service and its users.
Guest links and responses
Private guest links are intended for their named recipient and may accept one response only. Customers are responsible for sharing links and dashboard passwords securely. Public responses may be updated when the same verified phone number is used.
Service availability
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network providers, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, upload malicious files, misuse another event's invitation, overwhelm the service, or use the website for unlawful activity.
